My favorite part of my work is when Becky and I get to have pre-marriage conversations with young couples. It’s been 20 years since I did my first one. Since Becky and I just celebrated 25 years of marriage, and since I have a new batch of couples to talk with, I decided to do a major overhaul on my five lessons (compatibility, communication & conflict, in-laws & boundaries, money, and sex). Each one gets more (and better) Bible, more book knowledge, and more experience. I’m calling it my 25-year update.
Each of these lessons is meant to be about a 2-hour conversation on a living room couch, and not outline notes to be read. But since I can't do that here, I'll share my notes.
