Acts 6:8-7:60: Stephen's Sermon

This lesson was a little different from my other lessons. Instead of drawing points out of the text, I highlighted three (or four) points that Stephen made in his sermon. Those points are:

1. God's people have always rejected him.

2. God's presence has never depended upon the physical temple.

3. God has saved his people, and often in unsuspecting ways.

4. God's people have often suffered.

Instead of using regular notes for this lesson, I read the text and made Stephen's points as we came to them. I'll attach my annotated text below.
